A Rental Refresh List :: Vanity Redo, Ceiling Redo + Faucets

1 Material
As landlords we are usually pretty happy when we have a tenant stay longer term. However, when they do leave, this usually leaves us with a little bit of a todo.

As one of our apartments recently flipped after 4 years, it needed a pretty standard refresh. Apart from some small special projects (below), the list is almost roughly the same. It includes:
* A Power Clean (including the patio)
* Small Hole Wall Repair
* Complete Repaint (though sometimes this is limited only to spots and especially window sills)
* Replace all Mini-Blinds (easier than cleaning)
* Hardware Replacement (this go-round: an oven knob & closet hardware)
* Inspect and Seal Holes in the Exterior.
* Recaulk the Tub/Shower

But we always need to budget for small special projects too. This time they included:
* A new v-groove plank ceiling in the bedroom
* A vanity refresh
* & replacing both the kitchen and bath faucets.
