How We Flipped Our House to Pay Off Our Student Loans

Bright Green Door
by Bright Green Door
Over the last eighteen months we spent all of our extra free time updating this 50's ranch that we bought at an auction. In the end all of our hard work paid off because we were able to sell it and pay off our student loans!
The exterior of the house was updated with a new dark moody paint color, as well as new windows and a new door.
The kitchen already had nice cabinets which we updated by painting white. We also replaced the countertops, appliances, sink, lighting and flooring.

Where there was no dining space we were able to create one on the edge of the living room.

The master bedroom was made over by installing new windows and flooring, as well as fresh paint and decor.
The master bathroom needed a total gut job. We updated it with a clean modern look and dark moody walls.

To see all of the sources and details of our flip head over to my blog where we chronicled the entire process!

  • Gorgeous! Congrats on paying of your loan debt! I cried so hard when I made my last payment. It is truly a life changing moment!

Wow, the results of your hard work are brighter. The house looks wonderful, on the inside and outside. You did a good job, working hard to pay your loan debt. It had never happened to me to be in that situation, but I imagine how awful and stressful it is to be in it. It is glad to hear that everything is fine now. However, suppose it happens to you or friends or family to have a problem with the loan again. In that case, I recommend appealing to navibanker.com to help you with the issues you are dealing with. Good luck.
