Google is the best start. They incorporate GEO marketing so it easier now more than ever to find what you want pretty quick. This is the first company that came up in your neck of the woods. http://www.appdoors.com/ I hope this helps.

Just adding the trim pieces would be what I would recommend. Go to any good home improvement store and you can buy all those pieces in the picture to make it exactly what you want.

'Stacking' trims is a great idea and there are 'how-to' featured on pinterest. We did this for the crown molding in our living room and you'd never know it wasn't just one piece of molding, but three different moldings joined together and mounted. Just make sure that you use moisture proof materials when installing outside.

Look up Arcitectural Salvage in your area. It may be a lot more pricey than adding trim and mounding. There's a lot of beautiful trim at your local DIY store. Look into how to combine several different sizes of trim pieces for a more ornate look. Good luck!

You can fool the eye with paint, or add trim to the windows.

Try Van Dykes Restoration catalog for hardware and go to the big box stores and look in in their catalogs. They don't keep a lot of stuff on hand because it doesn't move that well so it would be a special order.
