    Hi Jennifer,

Include information in the description directed to those who would be suited for a 1 bedroom - i.e., students (if you're near any colleges, etc,), 1st time individual buyer, investor looking to rent out units, senior citizens (low maintenance?), and mention all the positives about the unit or location. When showing it, be sure it's not cluttered to prevent it from looking smaller than it is. Good luck on the sale!

Try to make it look roomy as possible and with ample storage. Get rid of any “extra stuff” even if you have to arrange for storage facility in the short term. That includes all your closets, kitchen cabinets, etc. Then make sure everything is super clean...stove, fridge, windows, etc. Good luck.

Hi Jennifer! I would start by removing personal items, such as photos. You want buyers to picture themselves living there, not feeling like a guest in your home.
