The pantry. I really need to update it.
That's an easy one, the kitchen.
Change up all my Carpets! Give a more ubiform look!
My kitchen, 70 plus year home so kitchen is small need a wall taken out to expand.
Put an opening between my kitchen and den to join the spaces. Then when I'm cooking, I wouldn't be so isolated from everyone. I don't want a complete open floor plan but a little would be nice.
Master bath. Needs new walls and tile around tub. Replace toilet. New countertop. Reuse sink.
Hi Amy: I think I'd have a covered and enclosed deck put onto the back of my house. I love to be outside.
I would love to be able to update my kitchen, new cabinets, bigger pantry [mine is tiny], take down the furdowns for to put in taller cabinets.
Flooring in the entire home,..I'd love to get rid of the tile and grout and replace with LVP in the main area as well as the carpet in bedrooms and then shop for area rugs in specific areas.

I'd add a fireplace in the kitchen. I have a rustic beach cottage and I think it would be super charming and keep the house warm in the winter months.
Paint for sure. While it seems a tad expensive upfront, it's less expensive than other updates and has an immediate effect on transforming a space.
