First, master bathroom. Second, kitchen.
The kitchen sure needs it.
I would select the room I spend the most time in - awake! You might spend the most hours in your bedroom, but if you are sleeping, it may not be as important. Now, if you cannot relax and fall asleep and stay asleep in your bedroom perhaps your bedroom is the room you want to concentrate on first.
Kitchen is top of my list because the cabinets need painting, the floor needs replacing, backsplash is non existent, and countertops are dated. Presently, I have the paint and the tile but I need time and muscle!
I am suddenly an empty nester, so I have two bedrooms that could be put to much better use. I would start by converting them into multi-use spaces, keeping a bed in one, so that I had room for guests (or returning children!). Then I'd use the extra space to create an office area in one room and craft area in the other.
Hi Amy: I think my family room. The cats have taken over (my fault!) and their toys and beds are all over the place. It's like having 3 toddlers at one time :)
I'd like to redo my guest room/office/craft room because it SO needs revamped so it can be hospitable for guests and yet serve my needs as a craft area and office and still appear somewhat serene when not in use as an office/craft room. It's the only room in the house that I don't want friends to see! šØ
Hi Amy, I would love a new kitchen, I am still using 1980's cabinets. We replaced the countertops but i would love new cabinetry and a new design maybe add an island with storage instead on a kitchen table
For sure my kitchen as it's weirdly laid out, small, and not very efficient. My dining room is on my list next though!
Probably the Sitting room!
I have renovated both bathrooms. I would love to have a Kitchen makeover.
My bedroom
Definitely the kitchen
