What do I do first?

Having Bathroom,Laundry and toilet renovated I am not sure what I should do next....ceiling painted, tiles cleaned in kitchen dinning room and hall, walls painted or new carpet in lounge and bedrooms. Please give me idea in which order to proceed.

My theory is to start from the top down or the messiest project first. Do the painting projects first. Then add carpet. Then have the tiles cleaned. At least that is the order I would do them in.
Start from the ceiling then work your way Dow do every thing on ceilings first to be done then work your way down
If it were me, I'd wait until all the other projects before I tackled the flooring, just so you're not tracking in stuff onto your new floors! PLus, any painting is so much easier if you don't have to be careful with the floors! Even if you're not doing walls in the rooms where you'll be removing carpet, you'll still have the construction crud on your shoes you can be tracking in the rooms. When you paint, do the ceilings at the same time as the walls though...make that mess all at once! As for the order of the other, you can do what bothers you the most first!
I would do ceiling then walls painting first, then carpet then clean tiles! Lol
