I like to tile the floor first, then put the cabinets in. It may be more tile, but the end result looks a lot better.
If you're worried about knocking the new cabinets, you may want to do the floor first.
Consider the extra cost involved (in additional tile), if using grout - settling, but most importantly, aesthetics... for instance, are your walls completely straight (if not, and you lay your tile first, it will be visible after cabinet installation - that's just one issue I've seen. You can easily cut your tile to visually correct this after cabinet install. I've seen this happen in older homes and new builds. But, if your walls are completely straight, no other problems, and tile cost isn't an issue - laying tile first will prevent you from worrying about bumping your cabinets.
I would tile the floor first, I think it looks better. You also don't run into any issues with the dishwasher. If you tile up to the cabinetry and then in the dishwasher space, you might have issues with the dishwasher being too tall for the space. If you don't tile into the dishwasher space you may have trouble pulling out the dishwasher in the future for repair or replacement.
