I wouldn't recommend this. A Corian countertop usually doesn't need any type of sealing, etc. I am afraid it might peel and cause problems if you add poly to it.
Why would you want to? Corian is already a low maintenance. Why junk it up with paint?
NO NO NO!!! DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS! Corian is an extremely dense plastic and the poly can dissolve it. Trust me, you do NOT want to do that!
