Can I put peel &stick tiles over plastic tiles?

I have ugly plastic tiles in my kitchen and would like to know if I can put pee and stick tiles over them

If the original tiles are in good order, but you don't like them, then yes. Set the few tiles centered over four tiles coming together, so that the joins are not in the same place as before......
