mod podge may work
Use an hair dryer pull up a corner it will unglue it easy enough to be removed

Then what do I do? Apply more contact paper? Most of the cabinets and doors are fine for now. It's the corners and edges of the bottom that are bad.
mod podge goes on white and then turns clear, it is sticky and will hold down paper etc to objects but now I see the pictures this would not work in your situation - that is the paper peeling off from the board
