Is it particle board where it was warped by the water, or just badly stained. You might Kilz over the cabinets to hide the water damaged portions and paint the cabinets.

That is going to be difficult to fix.
If you are really in a pinch and can't replace, you might try applying putty to smooth everything out and painting over in the same white color. This would improve the appearance at first glance. But you will still likely be able to see imperfections when you look at the door closely.
You’ll have to fix all of them this way... glue a piece of molding cut to fit just the bottom make sure it’s wide enough to cover the damage. Then do the same to the others so they match. Paint or leave as is for contrast.
