Yulanda, the faucet and drain pipe just need to be removed from the old counter and sink and reinstalled on the new counter after you place it on the cabinet. There are rings under the counter that hold these in place. They unscrew. Be sure to shut the water off first. That should be under the counter, too.

Turn off all sources of water. There is probably caulk around the top of the vanity so that will need to be cut with a utility knife. Loosen all plumbing underneath so that it is disconnected. This will free your faucets and drainage pipes Make sure there is no caulk around the base on the floor. If so, cut that too. From here you should be able to lift up your vanity and remove it. Clean around the area you are placing the vanity in while it is free and open and then put your cabinet back into place. I would attach the faucets to the vanity before installing the vanity to make it easier. Screw the vanity through the back wall to your bathroom wall for sturdiness. Attach all plumbing again. Turn on your water supply and have an old towel handy just in case of leaks. You should have two shut off valves under the sink for hot and cold water lines. If not, they should be installed while the vanity is out. You may require some assistance with moving things around and help if you are having a plumbing problem
