Hi Dee,
Can you clarify? Are you asking how to redo your kitchen?
Your question got cut off.
Since I do consulting on Trailer House Construction “challenges”, let me explain that trailers do not have standard construction in them, anywhere.
For example:
Your old cabinets may be 22” deep, not 24” deep, which is what you’ll find in stock, everywhere. Can you afford to lose 4” out of a galley kitchen’s aisle?
Hanging new upper kitchen wall cabinets will require knowing where the studs are and they are often Not 16” on-center. You will probably have to make French Cleats to get the structure you need.
New Kitchen faucets are going to have a drain size that’s probably 1/4” bigger than what is coming out from your wall. Do you have shut-off valves or will you have to shut off the whole trailer & back drain it outside in the winter?
So, please plan ahead and then plan ahead some more, measure twice and draw it out on paper. Start making parts lists.
Be prepared for Murphy’s Law in every part of the project. That goes for all of us.
Please Take photos of infrastructure before you tear anything adjacent to it out- so you can see how to put it back together.
