Any water-resistant paint should work, like Kilz or Rustoleum. I would go high gloss for the “tile”, and semigloss for the “grout”, which would usually be black or white. You need to use waterproof caulk on every seam. I would seal the whole surface with polyurethane. Your backsplash should work out great. ☺️
