I am trying to clean up my laundry room. I need suggestios for storing large containers of soaps, softneners and other large containers - the sizes I get from Costco. I would like to clear them off the floor. I have built-in cabinets but they are "full". I need some sort of portable cabinet. Thanks for any help you can give me.

We could help you arrange your laundry room if we had a picture of it. That would help us help you. EJL.

I had the same problem. I bought a stainless steel shelf from Costco and Sam's carry them too and put in my garage. I store all the large containers out there and I bought on clearance, some of the clear jugs with spouts you use for lemonade, tea, etc. I fill the containers with liquid detergent, fabric softener, and just pour from the spout what I need. If it is for pods, use a glass jar and if for dry detergent, use a glass jar with a scoop. I have two shelves in my tiny laundry room that holds these glass containers and keeps them off the floor.

How about baskets on shelves so everything has a place?

Tis is a great idea. I do not know how to take and send pictures. I will ask my husband to put several shelves on the side wall to hold boxes. The boxes will hold the large laundry cleaning items nd get then off the floor. it will make mopping the floor so much easier.

Thanks to everybody who responded to my request.

Hillela G. you gave me a great idea.
