Easy enough to do. Head over to your local home improvement or hardware store. Pick up 2 or 3 shelf brackets (they have some pretty decorative styles too), then head on over to the pre-cut lumber section. They typically have several widths and lengths to chose from, so measure your area carefully. Most places carry paint grade as well as stain grade shelving. Choose what works for your space. And the screws to install. I would suggest finding the studs and screwing in for the best stability and will hold the most weight.
This is what one person did. Wishing you the best.

I have use the wire type closet shelving before and it did not work out.. Wooden crates, galvanized pipe and wood shelves, Salvage store cabinets (uppers) Pinterest.com will have more ideas for you too.
Get a used cabinet at your local Salvation Army, refinish it and hang it.
Dryers are awfully heavy to put on a shelf, and it would be really high in order to open the washing machine. Look into perhaps finding a used lower kitchen cupboard about the same size as the dryer or perhaps a small vanity. Put a piece of thick plywood cut to size on the top and finished in the manner that you want in the laundry room. Those pieces should be sturdy enough to hold the dryer and give you good height to take things out of it more comfortably. You can even use the cupboard underneath to hold all your laundry supplies and keep them handy.
I would check with your manufacturer to see if it is stackable, and if they have a dryer stack rack.... here is one for a GE you can see the dryer above.... https://www.jcpenney.com/p/ge-dryer-stack-rack/ppr5007232857?pTmplType=silver&country=US¤cy=USD&selectedSKUId=85509080018&selectedLotId=8550908&fromBag=true&quantity=1&utm_medium=cse&utm_source=google-adl&utm_campaign=53appliances&utm_content=85509080018&cid=cse%7Cgoogle-adl%7C53appliances%7Cstacking%20kits_85509080018&adpos=1o3&scid=scplp85509080018&sc_intid=85509080018&gclid=Cj0KCQiAmITRBRCSARIsAEOZmr4fy6028z4IJGJCwM1QJnrGXCFup2tdq4mbo3m4VwYxaOr-vYLjn-EaApcSEALw_wcB&kwid=productads-adid^230119778574-device^c-plaid^378452321254-sku^85509080018-adType^PLA
If you do make your own shelf and fasten to the wall, I would add 2 legs at the front to support the weight and handle the vibrations of the dryer, you could use these, or just get round closet rod stock ..... https://www.homedepot.com/p/Waddell-28-in-Traditional-Table-Leg-2428/100392207
