I have water and sewer pipes and electric outlet in back of my washer and dryer. How do I disguise the mess?
Is your washer vibrating so much that it shakes the house? Goodness! Either it needs to have its feet levelled, or there is something wrong with the drum bearings. Is it a top loading machine? Does it vibrate on the rinse/spin cycles only, or all the time when it is agitating? How old is the machine?
Is the washer level? Sometimes placing a folded piece of paper or piece of wood under the washer feet stops the noise, often caused by the cylinder spinning off center due to not being level.
I agree with what Flipturn has asked. When does the vibrating occur? Good luck, I hope you can get it to stop.
Sounds like you need to level the washer front to back and side to side. Washers have adjustable feet in the front.
The washer needs leveling. The feet should screw up or down , to adjust the level. Use a bubble leveler laid on top of the machine to make adjustments.
as they are saying, LEVEL it with the little round feet under the corners. if this is not successful, you may have to do like we did after all other attempts failed. I took old pool noodles, cut them into short pieces about 8" long and folded them in half. Then i stuffed them between the washer and dryer. BOY! this worked like a charm.
Check your spin speed. There should be a setting to adjust it. Your manual will show you how to do it.
