Beach decor is all about shades of blue and light-weight sheer fabrics. You could also include a boat paddle and sea shells. Or maybe a framed picture of the beach.Helpful Reply -

Use the boat tie downs (the silver metal things you wrap the rope around to secure it) use those to hang a picture from with rope, also attach them to an old piece of wood and make a coat/towel hook. Also the use of the spray paint that makes it look like sea glass would make some cute storage jars or cover the window if you don't want a curtain somewhere. If you want curtains, use a rope with the curtains with the big grommets.Helpful Reply -

Hi C, Here's a link that may help: https://www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=Beach%20laundry%20room&rs=typed&term_meta[]=Beach%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=laundry%7Ctyped&term_meta[]=room%7CtypedYou could also find a couple of oars and attach either coat hooks or boat cleats, that way you can hang wet towels and bathing suits on them to dry!Have fun!Helpful Reply -

If I had a beach house laundry room would be on bottom of list as far as prettiness, but since you asked let's see. What is your style so that it flows with rest of home and doesn't seem like a laundry room. Keep color same as rooms in home and avoid signs and things because they scream laundry and some people just hate doing it even though the machine does all the work (?) . I would just keep it very basic it is a utility area, maybe a framed piece of art. And if you have to have detergent and stuff exposed then skip the art work. It will look to busy. Just dump your towels in the machine and turn it on and walk away. I would install a drying rack that you can close when not in use for suits since you don't want to dry them in machine.Helpful Reply -
