Our brick is currently white and we want to repaint Gray. Do I need to scrape the old paint???

No, but make sure the paint is not peeling. Clean well, prime, then paint with a good paint, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore or Home Depot's Marquee.
If it’s adhering well you shouldn’t need to. Just make sure it’s clean and dust free before painting again. :)
Many quality brand paints now include the primer, (primer and paint in one) reducing one step to the painting process. Also, be sure to use a brush that is recommended for use on brick.

Nope, just make sure any peeling or chipped parts are smoothed and make sure it's clean before you prime, so it will adhere better for the long haul.
No you don't need to scrape the old paint off, but you should be sure the surface is super clean before painting. Maybe use TSP or something similar before painting.
If any paint is peeling you can go over with a wire brush or just to make sure none is loose. Then just prime and paint.
After cleaning, prime and repaint with your color of choice and you’re all set.
