An Old Book Shelf And Mid Century Window Upgrade

by Lance irwin
I found two mid century bookshelves by trashcan into different neighborhoods so I dismantled them then took them home. I also found a few mid century windows over the past two months.
This took about two days. Most of the shelving, the side and the back of the cabinet is made from the bookshelves. The top and bottom are reclaimed Fencewood that I treated with termite spray.
I added industrial-strength metal casters that hold 170 pounds each to give more of a rustic antique look. All it needs now is a fresh coat of paint and a loving new home.

Thank you Hannah, I like the colors as well. If I keep it I don't want to paint it. We just need to make room for it..... I've been selling our store bought furniture and replacing it with things I'm making....
