I am so so so proud of how this turned out, I really wanted to find a chair that fit with my style-but that was proving to be QUITE expensive. (I have million dollar taste and a five dollar budget) LOL!
I love the lovely things :)
Finding the chair was the longest part of the process! I trolled Craigslist-Austin for a while and then BOOM! there she was. I paid 25 bucks cash and went on my way!
Picking out fabric, second longest step! I had in mind what I was looking for and Jo-Ann's delivered. Don't forget your coupons! They also take competitors coupons ;) shhhhh!
A little light sanding to rough up the edges (took about an hour) I would recommend calling a friend, or your mom. Time will go by much faster :)
I spray painted the chair with 'Valspar 12-oz White Flat Spray Paint' about five bucks a can. It goes on really smooth and the easy spray nozzle helps keep it even. It dries really quickly too. I should've bought two cans, I ran out and had to go to the store, Walmart didn't carry it-I substituted with Krylon same type and finish; and could immediately tell the difference (WAS NOT THE SAME). Valspar is king.
I used a staple gun to pull the fabric over the seat and sewed a quick pillow to finish her off! I am absolutely obsessed with this piece, I can't stop staring at it!

P.S. shout out to my pal Emily for helping me with that tufted button haha!
