How do I know the differences in light bulbs?
There are so many different types of light bulbs these days. I have always used a 3-Way bulb in my office for doing paperwork. I find the fluorescent bulbs to not give off enough light. I have no idea the difference in the LED bulbs and the Halogen, but need brighter bulbs

There are 3-way LED bulbs available now--I have some manufactured by a company named CREE. They're available at Home Depot, probably other big box stores as well.
The ones I have are lasting a lot longer than ordinary incandescent 3-way bulbs, so the higher price you pay for the LED's is worth it. They use a lot less electricity than the ordinary 3-way bulbs, too.
