Make A Statement In the Stairway With the Hacienda Stencil

Stencils Are An Easy Way To Add Personality To a Space
Good morning, my DIY pals! This week Cutting Edge Stencils has been buzzing about the Year of Change Challenge. We think it's an awesome idea started by the gals from Suburban Bitches to inspire their fellow DIYers to complete their home decor goals. It's easy to pass by those undecorated spaces everyday and think someday you'll get to it. Why wait? Let's make today the day that we cross those projects off the list! And to jump start you in the right direction, we're sharing a stairway makeover that is sure to inspire. Let's take a look...http://blog.cuttingedgestencils.com/?p=13089

It's lovely and fun and would lift the heart of anyone who comes down the staircase. How could it not? Normally I would shy away from 2 patterns together in a room/hallway, but the green framed pattern on top of the Hacienda pattern looks great! I'll have to change that old opinion. Great job!

Love your idea of stenciling one wall...a soft contemporary look and your choice of colors. Great idea using the same color of picture frames...so professional. What an inspiration! Thanks so much for sharing.
