Are you like me and buy a magnet everywhere you visit? Is your fridge overloaded with all these little magnetic mementos? Let me show you a simple and fun way to display those magnets without cluttering your fridge and taking away the beauty of your kitchen.

I am a neat freak and having a clean kitchen at all time is a must for me. You can imagine my cringing every time I looked at my fridge.

Yes, we love to travel and we pick up a little magnet as a cheap memento to document where we have been. Well, our 19 year collection was starting to get out of hand (this is not all of them).

This design idea came from my 12 year old son who, one day, put a magnet on our "Play" letters in the playroom. "Those are magnetic?!" I said. That sparked my idea to clear off the clutter off my fridge and start putting all our magnets upstairs in the playroom. It would be perfect way to jazz up our metal letters and a better way to display our family adventures.

It is kind of a fun puzzle trying to get our different sizes and shapes of magnets on our "Play" letters. We have the whole Y left to fill up in the coming years.

You can use any words you want...your last name, 'travel', 'play', 'family', 'Trips', 'Adventure', etc These metal letters are from Hobby Lobby but you can find them on Amazon too if you don't have a Hobby Lobby near by. Isn't this a more fun way to display these magnets. I would love to see what you do with yours.

Brilliant idea!!! Too bad I don't have any wall space. But love it.

My mother-in-law was in the same situation on limited wall space. She made a 20” x 30”picture frame with metal backing and placed all her magnets on it.

Great idea. Now I know how to display all the magnets I have, that are in a box because I can't bring myself to get rid of any more. Thank you.
