Multiple key holders turned into a tropical themed memory wall.

This project is quite self-explanatory but I thought it would serve as inspiration. I bought a number of key holders on sale. If you had access to a jigsaw you could obviously cut and paint your own to match whatever theme you wanted to. These just happened to be perfect for my daughter’s room.

You can see that I tried to hang them in random directions to make the final look more interesting. The only adjustment that had to be made was to turn the hooks to face downward once the holders were hung (because they are produced to face the same direction). If you are using store-bought key holders, make sure that the hooks can be turned, otherwise it is going to be difficult to hang things from them.

We then added some pictures in photo frames hung by ribbons and all sorts of girly things including fairy lights.

The nice thing about this project is that I could involve my daughter as choosing, printing and framing the pictures is easy enough for a child.

Suggested materials:
  • Key holders
  • Photo frames
  • Fairy lights

One of my first. Lucky you, cool weather! It’s 86° here and hardly any rain for about 6 months. 🙏🏻

So sorry that things your way are so dry! It is currently 46 degrees here and is raining as well. Supposed to rain the rest of the day and all day tomorrow. The high for today is predicted to be warmer at 50 degrees. Lol. I can stand the cooler temperature much better than getting out in the rain. I hate getting wet, especially in cooler weather. It chills me to the bone. So, I will be staying indoors and crafting. Hope your are gets some rain soon!
