Always think up! There is usually room overhead along the walls for sturdy shelves and they have great accessories now for hanging shovels, brooms, rakes and any tool you have. Here I am talking about this and I need to do it! Good luck.
Use your walls to their best advantage, going vertically saves space and makes great use of your walls. Peg boards or shelves, hooks, bungee cords, even just 2x4's can quickly improve storage.
