My husband wanted to make more room in our kitchen cupboards, so he made this out of a windowframe and some chains he bought for about $30 in our local reclamation yard.
He whitewashed the frames and the window panes and used a stencil for the fleur-de-lys in gold paint.
Then he just attached the chains, put in the hooks et voila!
