Organizing My Spice Cabinet (using Velcro and Wood Trim)

My spice cabinet was getting out of control.
Way too many spices in a small cabinet, however that cabinet had a lot
of wasted space.

I decided it was time to fix it, but I didn't really want to have to use glue, or screws.

So brainstorming the problem, I knew I had a roll of adhesive velcro and some small pieces of scrap wood trim and the idea was born.
I decided to make shelving with my wood and Velcro.
The wood was perfect to hold my spices measuring at:
1/4" thick x 1 1/2" in size.

I measured the interior of my cabinet and cut the wood to size, and then I used smaller pieces of the wood as my shelving brackets which I where I used the adhesive Velcro to hold my shelves into place.

I was able to add so much additional area in the otherwise wasted space.
I can see my spices more easily, and it looks so much better.

I did this velcro shelving over 3 years ago, and it still works perfectly today. I have not had any issues with it falling etc.

My inexpensive wood/velcro shelves continue to keep my spices easy to find and organized.
