Very carefully
There are wall mount kitchen racks. I will find some for you. I have always wanted that myself, but in my kitchen, the ceiling is only 8' and I have tall visitors and we would all be banging our heads on them. I understand your dilemma.
I couldn't fit a couple of square grill pans in my pots and pans drawers. We have a few cupboard ends that are perfect for hanging them from a hook. They are easy to get to, even for my shortness. We got the big hooks at Walmart and cut them to make the curve less so that they just slip on the hooks, yet there is enough curve to hold them securely. The ends of the cupboards aren't doing anything, so why not use them? You don't have to worry about low ceilings and tall statured people banging their heads on them. If you have a section of bare wall, you could do the same thing. The options are many, Julie, you can figure out where you want them and easily get at them.
