Just stand them up on their ends inside the cabinet.
I ordered a cutting board holder online. It hangs on the inside of my cabinet. Excuse my old baking pan, there is another cutting board inside of it, and 2 pig shaped cutting boards. So they do hold a lot. You can get them at Walmart for about $12 and the shipping is free if you pick it up at the store, if your Walmart does not carry them.

You can stack vertical cookie sheets and cutting boards. If you had some way to divide them. Try buying a dish rack, that's how I stack mine
If you have a stove, gas or electric, I store mine on one of the shelves, until I am ready to use it...which is not every day...
