What other space do you have?
I keep a lot of my seldom used cookware in boxes in the garage. My kitchen is small with minimal at best storage, no pantry, no basement, no broom closet, no laundry room.
Can you possibly rearrange the kitchen to accommodate them? Pantry space?
Unless you use your largest pots regularly, move them somewhere else, like on a shelf in the bedroom closet. That may leave you enough room for your everyday pots and pans. I moved food and China from the cabinet shelves so I could stack the pots and their upside down lids one atop another. I never used the China, so it went to another room. I moved the food into cardboard boxes away from the stove. That’s worked for me for many years in several houses. ☺️
I use vinyl covered wire dividers. They work very well for stacking in corners and have ones for lids too. Bed Bath & Beyond carry.
We have our large pots in another room just off the kitchen, the daily use smaller pots and pans are closer, all of these are on a steel rack rolling cart.
The fry pans are stored on the same cart by S-hooks through the handles. Lids are on the same cart in an upright position held in place by the slots in the shelf. It works for us.
Hope you can see okay. Maybe it will help!
I keep large soup pot and specially / seldom used pots on a shelf in the basement.
