My corner cabinets are difficult also. I've found that trays to contain things and baskets help me reach everything.
Invest in some slide out drawers. Easy to install, not too expensive and they work great!!!

I have a so called pantry is what they said it was. .not on the side of my fridge it has 5 shelves. .on the very bottom I put paper towels, next up is all my pizza pans and cookie sheets and big rolls of aluminum foil, next up is my tea shelf (big tea drinker) I have all this in tins and condensed in a storage like 1pc with room for other things. I like to use lock & lock storage units,I use them for everything, leftovers, flour, cereal etc.
Hope you get the idea. Good luck
I went to the storage area at Lowes and bought their metal drawers that you attach in side of the cabinets.
