I had two corner cabinets in my kitchen just like that. We had turntables installed in each. They worked great. I have also seen ready -made racks that swing out (available at home improvement stores). They are easy to install but can be pricy. Either option would provide storage and solve your problem.

Put into a clear or wire pull out tray items you use only one or twice a year and push that into the far reaches or buy a Carousel made for the purpose. Personally I keep Storage containers & Tupperware in mine!
