Kitchen cabinet organization?
really wish I had drawers instead of cabinets, but am looking for solution for organizing pots/pans, cake pans and tupperware/plastic containers. There is a small divider between the doors so that's an obstacle (see pics). Also, the lid divider can be removed because half the time the lids get stuck in the door.

I keep the lids with my pots and turn them upside-down so I can stack them. I've also seen pull-out racks that can be installed in the cabinet. Tupperware bowls can be stacked and I've started storing the lids in a large plastic zip bag. I hope that helps!
Similar to Ann. I do the same. Lids upside down in the pans so they can be stacked. Frying pans can be stacked large ones on the bottom to the smallest on top. I stack the Tupperware and place lids inside the top one or on the side of the largest. Menards and Home Depot do sell pull out wire racks that can be mounted on the bottom of the cabinet. That center divider is there so when the doors are closed it gives a finished look rather than having a gap between them. Another option is to place the lid rack inside the cabinet instead of the door. Just make sure it clears the shelf.

21 Ways To Organize Kitchen Cabinetshttps://unclutteredsimplicity.com/organize-kitchen-cabinets-tips/
Would something like this work? https://www.amazon.com/Expandable-Organizers-AHNR-Adjustable-Compartments/dp/B07X3TLXN7
Stack the in Size and Shape, that would save space. Use a Dish Rack to hold Lids. Buy Clear plastic boxes to hold the pans. Add a couple more shelves to be more organised.
My idea is probably the most expensive one. Purchase a set of pots and pans with fry pan included, stack the pots with the lids inverted in a neat column, fry pans underneath, largest on the bottom. The lids from the new pots and pans are able to fit the fry pans. The flat grill could be stacked vertically next to something like the microwave or cutting boards.
The plastic bowls with matching lids are stored together with the lids underneath the bowls.
I purchase the metal wire pull out shelves. Aldi had them for $20 but I also purchased from Sam's and QVC for a good price.
As for your existing space without adding them, turn your pot lid upside down in the pot. Turn handles toward the back center of the area. Then stack them with the largest on the bottom. Get a vertical file sorter for pans and cookie sheets. Utilize the space on the side of the cabinets to hang your collander.
We retro fitted my mother's kitchen cabinets with large drawers. The center of the face frame was removed and a full shelf replace the half shelf on the top... then we had a carpenter construct 2 large drawers (out of 3/8 inch plywood) to fit in both top and bottom areas.... and new drawer fronts to fill the openings...we used the heaviest drawer glides/sliders that you can buy.. to carry the weight.
Once the drawers were installed... it was much easier for Mom to get to all of her pots and pans, and she really did not lose much storage space because things did not get lost in the back.
We also did this is the pantry area next to her oven... we ran the drawers (4 inches deep) all the way up to the top of the cabinet... because by pulling out the drawer it gave access to stuff at the back of the cabinets top shelf... a step was still needed to reach... but stuff rolled out into view.
I put my Tupperware and other plastic items in a cabinet of items I don't use often. I culled out all the things I don't use and bought plastic baskets to store the pot lids in- I also store stuff in my garage on a shelf that aren't used very often..
We had the same type of bottom cabinets. I found two easy & inexpensive solutions that might work for you. Plastic slide out drawers that fit between your openings. You can turn pot lids on their sides, store tupperware, & lids, etc. Link: https://www.amazon.com/Rubbermaid-Slide-Basket-11-inch-1837260/dp/B0000YZJGQ/ref=sr_1_2?crid=D1EAQFDC5ZMQ&keywords=rubbermaid%2Bslide%2Band%2Bstack%2Bbasket&qid=1642806565&sprefix=rubbermaid%2Bslide%2B%2Caps%2C246&sr=8-2&th=1
The other solution was 18" turntables. You can store sauce pans with lids turned toward the center and spin them around rather than digging in the back of a cabinet. Hope this helps
Thanks everyone! Think I like the idea of pull out drawers and then baskets!
You can use baskets on the shelves to corral your pots and lids then just pull out the basket when you need them.
Yes, sliding shelves or slide-out storage units will maximize the cabinet interior space, and make it much easier to retrieve and put away cookware. There are many different styles available, in both wood, and in metal.
Here are some examples:
Get your self some pot lid organizers like 4 I use for pot lids and. Baking pans you could adjust them
Very challenging when there is only a small space.
Could you hang any pots or pans anywhere else in the kitchen?
For the top shelf, you could try the tension rods for casserole dishes, grills, that strainer or even the lids.
