In small spaces it is best to go vertical with storage, use the ceiling, walls, side of cabinets, etc. for hooks and racks to store items.
these should help you.https://www.hometalk.com/categories/organize/kitchen/pots-pans
I store my lids on the cabinet door. You can use command hooks or metal lid holders made for them. I stack my pots by size in the same area.
my larger pot and pans ad bowls are put in closet and in the basement on shelves
I have the same problem. I purchased a hanging pot rack from Amazon and it worked out great. However because of low ceilings, I couldn't use the chains. Removed them and bolted it to the ceiling.
For the lids, I use a lid rack inside a cabinet so that they stand up vertically and don't take up much room. Mine are "flat" so they won't hang on command hooks inside a cabinet door, but like that idea.
