Need to organize lids for my pans

I have so many lids to my pans that it is frustrating to get out a pan. I need a way to organize them. Each one has a handle on the top.

I hear you! Could go into a rant about being on hands and knees trying to climb into the back of a cabinet, etc. Saw a really neat pull out for lower cabs for pots and lids, instead of a pot drawer. Plan on getting one. In the meantime, I purposed a really large, seldom-used roaster. Hoofed the lid to the basement, and use the bottom part for my lids. Not ideal, but at least it's easy to match the lids to the pots now.

I have most of mine in a holder that keeps them upright on the counter. Not ideal, but it works for now. I found the holder on amazon.

I use a small tension rod that runs the length of the cabinet. The lids tuck in nicely with their handles and keeps your pots free and uncluttered!

I keep mine standing on their sides in a wire basket in my cabinet. It is actually an old freezer basket. I Slide the basket partially outgo get the lid need. I've been using this method for years and it works great for my family. I also use one to store my pie, cake and various other small pans and kitchen items. They sell slide out drawers for lids and such now, but I'm sticking to my method.

I bought Command mini hooks. I use 2 for each lid and hang the lids on the back of the cabinet doors. For larger or heavier glass lids, I bought a wooden paper sorter and stack the lids in the slots. This is placed between pots/pans and behind the center cabinet support. I'm going to try to attach pictures.

I use a large dish drainer. Placed in a bottom cabinet, also holds my cutting boards. You'll want the lids all facing the same way. I have largest to the right and smallest on the right since i use the smallest ones the most. It also allows space between the cutting boards so they air dry

If the handle on the pan will fit through the handle on the lid, you can hang them that way overhead.

My pots are kept in my pantry. There is a space on the wall approx 8-10 inches between the metal shelves and the door. I put short screws on that space, hold all my lids.

Depending on the depth of your shelves, you can store the lids on the pans. I have two deep drawers in my kitchen where my pans are stored and this works for me. If I don't plan to use the lid, I just place it back in the drawer where the pan was. I never have to search for a lid.
