Use small bins to hold like items. I have clear bins on my top shelf for jelly, condiments, etc. I have eggs and dairy products together. I keep meat on a shelf by itself. Leftovers are grouped together. I think clear bins really help.

I agree with Cynthia. I also use the door for odd shaped bottles like salad dressing and barbecue sauce. I like to dedicate one crisper drawer to drinks and lay them on their side in the drawer. Also, night before trash day, I go through and discard anything questionable.

I keep milk, meat/getting ready to cook items, and soda on the middle shelf. Eggs, butter, left overs on the top shelf. Lunch meats and veggies in drawers.
