Since I live in a house with no pantry or mudroom space, I have a shelf in the garage where I have all the bulk buy bags lined up. Everything from tiny waste basket size to 45 gallon lawn and leaf bags. Easy, all in one spot and I just grab whatever it is that I need. If you have a pantry, it would even be easier.

I store mine in the garage since it is a large box but I put about 20 bags into the bottom of my trash can and they are there when I need them. Since I have a clean bag in the can, I can put the new ones under them for quick storage. Here are more ideas as well one suggests putting on a roller- you could get a cheap (at dollar store) paper towel holder and put the bags over that so all you do is roll them off

Sarah...l have a rack that you can remove the dowel & push it through the middle of the rolled bags & dispense a bag at a time by tearing off. I believe l found mine at a craft show years ago & love it. Keep it in my laundry room for large trash can.
Most trash bags come on rolls or are already rolled up in a box. What you could try is for the kitchen size ones, have 1 in use and put the roll down inside the trash can with a leader trash bag draped over the top rim, making it readily available for a change-out. Just unroll it by pulling on the draped over bag, actually this would work on any trash can.
Hello. I put them in a narrow tall wooden or plastic bin. A container thats tall and barrow can compress them nicely.
Some ideas:

Get old coffee cans or plastic canisters and make a slit up the side put the bags in the can then pull through the slit.you could also use a canvas bag put the rolls laying down inside come up the top and pull off as needed. If you could find a very large can you could put all the bags in the can and make some slits all around and pull diffrent bags out each hole.

Instead, look around your house, and I'm sure you'll find one of these containers that you can recycle and turn into a kind of homemade plastic bag dispenser. You'd be surprised how many bags can fit in one of these little containers, especially if you fold them tightly. I would suggest that after you save a reasonable amount on one of these holders, recycle the extra ones that don't fit in the container or buy a new one at interplas.com. It will be a more reasonable investment.
