The Kitchen Sponge Hack You Need

Do you like having a wet and smelly sponge in your kitchen sink? No, I didn't think so. Me neither. This kitchen sponge hack will help keep your sponge dry and smelling good, and always at your fingertips.

Start with a large Command hook and a sponge. Any sponge and hook will work, make sure the hook is large enough to wrap around the sponge. I find the large hooks work best. You can find these in white clear and even metal finishes to match your decor.

Stick that Command strip near your kitchen sink. I keep mine right above the edge of my sink so that water can drip down and not puddle on my counter top.

Add a sponge to the hook to keep it out of the sink and always at your fingertips. I keep the soft side facing out, scrubby side to the wall, and this allows air to flow around the sponge and help it dry quickly.

You need to try this kitchen sponge hack. Make dishes just a little bit easier with a clean and dry sponge.

Great tip! 3M sells a stick on wall tray for a kitchen scrubby. Your hook idea is much cheaper.
