Wine Rack A La Pinterest, 3 Dollars BOOM!!!!

So this was a pretty quick and fun project, and if you don’t have the tools or don’t choose to cut dado’s or use biscuit joinery, or round the ends with a router, that’s totally cool, I am still learning and I want to practice these techniques whenever I get the chance. Here is the link that my wife gave me for the wine rack originally posted by Shanty 2 Chic.
if you want hit my Blog up for the specifics, please drop on by and check out the cut list for this easy to do project, "just don't drink all the wine before your done!" : )
an idea, some scrap 2x4's and 3/4" plywood
this was literally junk wood that I used to put under my other projects to protect my saw horses
proof is in the pud'n, paint and cut marks
so yeah I decided to use my biscuit joiner but you don't need to do this just make sure your ends are jointed so that you won't have any seems or gaps between the boards, "but then again.. It's country chic!!" so have at it!!!
no butter or grape jelly with these biscuits!!
clamps, glue and of course some more clamps!! time for lunch and maybe a glass of wine
not too bad for my first time glue up with some of them there biscuits
Okay so I got froggy and decided to add some dados, "for those that don't speak wood" its just some cut outs in the wood where I added the shelves
some scrap plywood a lil glue and some pin nails and BOOYAH!! A SHELF!!
glue, screw, sand rinse and repeat!!!
