A cheap and simple DIY solution to the avalanche of plastic bags that you have stored in your cabinets! Get the mess under control with these DIY plastic bag dispensers!
Find a Clorox wipes container and remove the labeling. If you are having trouble getting rid of the stubborn labels, soak the container in warm soapy water overnight. This should do the trick!
Gather some of the 20 million plastic bags you no doubt have collected, flatten them, and pull each bag half way through the handles of the previous bag.
Wrap the fabric patch around the container and glue it using hot glue.
Cut any excess fabric. Make sure that the fabric at the bottom of the dispenser is as flat as possible, so you it's not wobbly. Use the hot glue sparingly here to avoid glue bumps.
Here are the two DIY plastic bag dispensers that help me avoid turning my kitchen cabinets into a plastic bag jungle! Check out my blog, fashionbulb.com, for more easy DIY ideas!
