So every once in a while I will tend to buy items that catch my eye, without having any intention, idea or plan in mind. I just fall so much in love with it, I buy it anyway. Can you relate?

That was the case when I ran across a beautiful during a Big Lots ramble. This is when you are aimlessly walking through a store just looking. I just didn’t realize it was the inspiration that I would actually find and not the pillowcases or whatever I originally went there to find. So, long story short I thought oh this would look really nice in the kitchen holding the paper towels. Instead, it ended up tearing the paper towels more than holding them and now looks really nice holding my essential oils, pens, remotes, keys, phone holder, Epsom salts baggie... yea its all in there. Let me show you how I was able to use this beautiful holder to nicely organize my tabletop mess.
Simple Metal Beauty meets the Beast Mess.
Step 1: Get holder of your choice. With a beautiful metal holder in hand and a decorated (see below for more decorated info), was ready to organize the mini beastly mess! I did think of using the side slot to dispense something like envelopes, but since I’m a digital kid (52-year young kid) who rarely if ever uses envelopes that wouldn’t work so well for me. If you are someone who prefers the handwritten notes, this would be a great decorative way to create a little mail stand for your desk or end table. I, of course, did what works best for me.
It's ALL in There!!
Step 2: I used the stash bag to control and hold small items like my daily use essential oils, pens and highlighter then placed the diffuser refill container and mini Epsom salt pack behind it. The Rainstone diffuser remote easily sits on top of the refill container and leaves a perfect space to place my remotes and a notepad behind that. Everything else (glasses, keys, and phone clip) clips right on to the side and fits nicely.
Beautifully Organized!
Step 3: From there I just found a comfortable (meaning looks good and its easy for me to comfortably reach from the bed) location to place the station between my diffuser and main essential oils case.
Simple and Looks Grr-eat!!
Done and done ✅! Its simple, very quick to put together and it looks really Moroccan style beautiful. The mini containers inside keep everything separated so I can easily remove items without everything immediately following over and I can easily see and find what I’m looking for. Best of all it gives me everything I need at my fingertips without looking cluttered.

If you don’t have burlap stash bags or separate containers to divide out the items, consider using Dollar store dividers or pencil cups or check out the link above for mini burlap bags at Amazon. I prefer the stash bags because they fit any space easily and hold the items in place. For more on decorating stash bags check out my Decorative Stash Bag article. These decorated bags would also make great stuffed gifts and party favors or wedding favors.
