The wires can be placed inside the wall, just like people do with wall mounted tv's. Contractors, electricians, handymen, etc., have the tool and know how.
I didn't hide mine , just did a camouflage trick , by painting the wires the same color as the walls .
Ok, here’s a very inexpensive way. Purchase particle board the same width and height of your tv stand. Paint it to match wall color, place it behind stand have wires behind board. Nobody will notice it. The tv will cover where wires go up and over “wall”.
