I cut arms off my husband's old long sleeve shirts and tie it together at top then pull bags out at cuff. Hang it on freezer in garage and grab when pulling weeds, cleaning car, or just when need one. Use a magnet hook.
I have 2 of those net hampers from the dollar tree that stand up, one in kitchen next to kitty litter box, and one in garage, otherwise I give my extras to clients who run out.

There are many groups that the plastic bags and weave them (takes a large amount) to make sleeping pads for the homeless check your local Charites.

Also donate them to thrift shops to reuse. They need newspapers to wrap their goods, and bags.
