  • Well everyone has their method. I have plastic tubs that get stored in the garage that stack easily. For me, easy up, then easy down. Everything is labeled and has a place.

Jeannette...Yes I like totes..It keeps everything in its place and safe.

  • I use large rubbermaid/plastic storage bins. Then I label them so I know what is in each. I keep ornaments, tree lights, garland in one. Wrapping paper supplies in another and our Christmas village in another. Also when putting Christmas stuff away it is a good time to declutter and get rid of what you no longer need in your Christmas stash.

Yes totes. Then smaller bags or boxes within the bin. Labeled of course. You just might want to switch out year to year. I wrap lights and garland around sturdy cardboard to prevent tangle. Just remember-how you put things away are how you'll find it next year!

Recently the Porch Daydreamer posted a great system of hanging and shelves. She used plastic totes and cardboard boxes as well as hanging her wreaths from coat hangers. It is worth a look. She also has a great "system" for displaying her greenery along a porch railing. Here is a link, enjoy.
