Continuing in the line of my previous project, this is another recycle idea of creating blue pottery designs on cookie tins or milk tins to use them as planters/decorative pieces.

Here's a before-After transformation picture.

Step 1: Paint the tins in white. You can use primer/gesso/acrylic paint.

Step 2. Draw the design with a pencil. You can even trace the design.

Step 3: Paint the design using the blue pottery colors.

Step 4: Add details to the design. You will get lots of design ideas from the internet, when you search blue pottery.

Step 5: Similarly paint the lid of the tin too.

Step 6: Stick a glass pebble or marble on the lid to use as a handle. It can be any type of shape you want.

Paint the other tin too in a complimentary design.

Once completed and dry, then you will want to apply a coat of varnish.
