Do you have something that just looks old or dated? I had this old wire hanging fruit basket that just was blah humbug but with the simple application of Krylon Spray paint it has been given new life in such a fun color
I chose a fun color called sea glass, a pretty aqua green. The wire basket was scrubbed clean to remove dirt grime and anything that would repel the paint to adhere and left to dry well.
I like to spray outside in a sheltered area for good ventilation, in a constant moving motion spray many light coats to the achieve the color you want. Be sure to flip over and move around to get all sides of your basket and chains. You can add a clear coat but this will not get lots of friction so just used the spray paint as is as it has a built in coat too
And once dry it is ready to be hung and filled with fruit or what ever you fancy. I just hung it on my hood fan to show just how pretty the wire basket now is just with a good cleaning and few coats of spray paint
here it is in my booth looking fabulous

Love the color. Been looking for baskets like that only been finding plant ones. The picture frame in back ground do you know how old? I have one painted white with a picture of my mother when she was 16 in 1929 & my dad was added to picture when he was 21 in 1911 & colorized.

Yes it is. I'm 68 & we had 2 frames & glass was rounded out & was painted black when I was growing up. My parents married in 1931 so pictures was done some time before 1949 because older sister asked about them a few months ago. I wish I had both frames but youngest brother had them for yrs before I got them & I only got 1.
