How to Make a Cinder Block Bench in Less Than 4 Hours!

First you need to find cinder blocks... Craigslist is great for that!
We love hanging out outside any day we can! We needed more space to sit and entertain and we did not want to spend a fortune. We came across a lot of cinderblocks on Craigslist for super cheap and decided to whip up a giant bench!
First, you'll need to find cinder blocks, once you've got these, it's time to create! Arrange the cinder blocks in any format and then grab a few pieces of wood from your local home improvement store. Cover the wood in foam and outdoor fabric and voila! Instant outdoor bench that fits your space perfectly!!

why couldn't you place the flat holeless cinder blocks of the tops to cover the holes to keep critters out............ we did that when we used cinder blocks to frame out for a pond on the patio years back............. I never had a critter problem with that...

I think I used to live in a place not unlike that when we first moved to Texas over by Lamar Middle School - it was torn down about 15 years ago... That is really clever, but @Anecia Price is right, there's lots of creepy crawlies around that might like to move into those holes. I'm wondering if you caulked it they might stay out...
