How to fix mobile home walls to look like sheet rock walls ?

I had to sell my home & buy a mobile home after my husband died. It is hard adjusting to a mobile home and doing things on my own. I hate all that trim in between each panel it looks so cheap! I want to change some things like the walls, cabinets, and plastic sinks. Thank you for your help.

The trim between the panels have channels that the panels slip into to hide the seam. You can prime the walls with a stain blocking primer and paint them.
I filled the cracks with sparkling, sanded lightly and wall papered-very pleased with results!
I also did a white on white wallpaper and it was beautiful. There were many compliments when I put it on the market.
Some of the mobile homes now have sheet rock walls, but that is a BIG job trying painting Use a primer first then your paint choice.
